Day #2 - Basic Spring MVC Web App framework, Annotation driven, JAVA, XML

Description/Goal:
Create a basic Spring MVC Web Application that is Annotation driven that sets the framework to be used in future programs.

Roadblocks:

• Getting the Annotations picked up by the Eclipse Tomcat instance. 
• Understanding how the @ResponseBody Annotation worked
• Getting JSON to be sent back to the browser, I was missing JSON Jackson Jar, downloading the 1.9 Jackson (ALL) from here resolved it.
